Laing O’Rourke is the confirmed Managing Contractor for another key expansion at Brisbane Airport. The $73 million Northern Concourse Expansion will deliver two new gates, Gates 73 and 74, to the airport’s International Terminal Building which will increase the capacity of the terminal as well as accommodate larger aircrafts such as the Airbus A380.

The expansion – currently in its planning stage – will include:

  • Four new aerobridges
  • Upgrade works and enhancements to the operating terminal
  • A range of airside works
