The $75 million stage two retail development in North Lakes, kicked off yesterday and is set to bring long-term employment and economic growth for the area. The development will be completed by Primewest, who will transform the 11,350 square meter site into a high quality retail space.
Queensland is taking the nation by storm with it's rise in major projects across the region. With Queensland's increase in building approvals over recent months, this North Lakes project reinforces the current opportunities for the construction industry within Queensland.
The large format retail facility will be comprised of:
- A ground floor building

Stage Two is estimated to be completed by late 2016 with stage three's commencement date overlapping the tail end of stage two. The completed project will provide more that 25,000 square meters of retail space to the North Lakes community.
